Learn more about ShiftT

ShiftT was born from Tupy’s innovation strategy. ShifT is a startup accelerator supported by the industry to contribute to the development of businesses and innovative solutions.

Among the highlights of the accelerator’s value proposition is the equity-free concept, i.e. entrepreneurs do not need to renounce part of their company to participate in the acceleration process. The assumptions also include total respect for the intellectual property of the startups and their talents.

In addition to the connection with Tupy’s entire structure, the selected entrepreneurs are exclusively mentored by around 30 Company professionals with experience in the most diverse areas of knowledge.

The program is open to startups that fit into the following fronts:

  • Business Synergy: solutions that propose significant innovation and that can be quickly scaled with Tupy’s support;
  • Sustainable Development: economically feasible businesses that provide positive social and environmental impact;
  • Digital and Industry 4.0: creation of value based on the application of emerging technologies that boost Tupy’s digital transformation journey;
